I asked for your 14th consultation today.
As always, my doctor asked me if there was any change.
As always, there are no major changes.
I got some advice from my doctor about vitamin C intake.
Take one tablet of vitamin C supplement every hour.
Take 2/3 of the amount that causes diarrhea in several divided doses daily.
If 6 tablets cause diarrhea, take 4 tablets.
Take 1 tablet x 4 divided doses.
I hope there are good changes.
However, the season is heading for winter.
From now on, it will get cold.
When it gets cold, the reaction around you becomes stronger.
